Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Radio Officer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree and be responsible for managing and coordinating radio communications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of communication protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage all radio communication channels, ensuring clear and effective transmission and reception.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for radio communication systems.
- Ensure compliance with national and international radio regulations and licensing requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to radio equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate logs of all radio communications and activities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and external agencies for seamless communication flow.
- Provide training and guidance to personnel on radio communication protocols and equipment usage.
- Conduct regular maintenance and testing of radio equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with advancements in radio communication technology and recommend upgrades as necessary.
- Prepare reports on communication effectiveness and incident analysis.
