Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Radiologist with an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Nagpur. This unique role leverages your medical expertise and business acumen to contribute to strategic decision-making within our agricultural operations. You will be instrumental in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive operational efficiency and innovation in our animal health and disease management programs. This position is ideal for a medical professional with 6 years of experience looking to transition into a more strategic, business-oriented role within a leading agricultural organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze diagnostic imaging data (X-rays, CT scans, MRIs) related to livestock and other agricultural animals to identify potential health issues and disease outbreaks.
- Collaborate with veterinary teams to interpret imaging findings and contribute to diagnostic protocols.
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies to track disease prevalence, treatment efficacy, and herd health trends.
- Utilize business intelligence tools and MBA/PGDM knowledge to translate medical data into actionable business insights for farm management.
- Contribute to the development of risk assessment models and preventative health strategies for agricultural operations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, outlining findings, recommendations, and potential business impacts.
- Stay abreast of advancements in radiology, veterinary medicine, and agricultural technology.
