We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ramp Agent with 1-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our team in Chandigarh. The Ramp Agent will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of property access, security protocols, and logistical support within our real estate operations. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks, contract management, and regulatory compliance, leveraging your LLM knowledge to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage access control systems for corporate properties, ensuring compliance with all security regulations.

Coordinate with security personnel to implement and enforce safety procedures.

Utilize LLM knowledge to interpret and apply property laws, zoning regulations, and lease agreements.

Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents related to property management and tenant agreements.

Manage logistical arrangements for property inspections, client visits, and internal events.

Maintain accurate records of property access, incidents, and operational activities.

Liaise with legal counsel and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to property operations and compliance.
