Ramp Agent

Role Summary:
As a Ramp Agent at Delhivery, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of cargo and baggage on the aircraft ramp. You will work as part of a team to ensure timely loading and unloading of flights, maintaining a secure and organized ramp environment. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our air cargo logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading cargo and baggage onto and from aircraft.

Operating ground support equipment (GSE) such as belt loaders, tugs, and pallet loaders.

Ensuring all cargo is handled according to safety regulations and company procedures.

Tallying and verifying cargo against manifests.

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on the ramp.

Communicating effectively with flight crews and other ground personnel.

Assisting with aircraft marshalling as needed.
