Ramp Agent

Role Summary:
As a Ramp Agent at WNS Global Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client's airport ramp activities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial part in maintaining safety standards and operational timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, and mail from aircraft.
• Operate ground support equipment (GSE) such as baggage tractors, belt loaders, and aircraft tugs.
• Marshal aircraft to and from the gate or stand.
• Chock and unchock aircraft wheels.
• Perform pre- and post-operation checks on GSE.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with flight crew and other ground personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
