Ramp Agent (BCA Required) - Vadodara

We are seeking a diligent and tech-savvy Ramp Agent with 3-4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree to join our team in Vadodara. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of operations, acting as a crucial link between our clients' requirements and our service delivery teams. Your understanding of IT systems and processes will be key to optimizing our workflows and contributing to exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations and client inquiries related to service delivery, leveraging your technical background to provide effective solutions.

Monitor and manage the ramp-up process for new projects and clients, ensuring all technical and operational requirements are met within stipulated timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Operations, Client Management) to troubleshoot issues, implement process improvements, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Utilize your BCA knowledge to analyze performance data, identify trends, and propose data-driven strategies for enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of all operational activities, client interactions, and issue resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and client SLAs.

Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing best practices and technical insights related to ramp-up processes.
