Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Real Estate Consultant to manage and optimize our real estate portfolio across India. This role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring suitable properties for our manufacturing units, warehouses, and corporate offices, as well as managing existing assets and lease agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities (land, buildings) for new manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and office spaces across various regions in India.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess property values, rental rates, and market trends.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for property acquisition, leasing, and sales.
- Manage existing lease agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and exploring renewal or renegotiation opportunities.
- Liaise with legal counsel, government authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, developers, and property owners.
- Prepare detailed reports on real estate activities, market analysis, and portfolio performance.
- Advise management on strategic real estate decisions to support business expansion and operational needs.
