Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and M.A. educated Real Estate Consultant / Agent with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic retail team in Surat. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and managing retail property opportunities to support our business expansion. You will play a crucial part in securing prime locations for our stores and ensuring favorable lease agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and scout potential retail locations across Surat, aligning with company expansion strategies.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new retail sites.
Negotiate lease terms and conditions with landlords and property owners.
Prepare property reports, presentations, and financial analysis for management.
Maintain relationships with real estate brokers, developers, and other industry professionals.
Ensure all legal and regulatory compliance related to real estate transactions.
Assist in property management and upkeep of leased retail spaces.
