We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Consultant / Agent with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and facilitating real estate transactions, providing expert advice to clients, and contributing to the growth of our real estate portfolio. A Bachelor of Arts degree is required for this role, demonstrating strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue potential real estate investment opportunities in Mangalore and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to provide accurate property valuations and investment recommendations.
• Negotiate property deals, prepare legal documentation, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align real estate strategies with overall company objectives.
