Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Consultant / Agent to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in identifying and facilitating real estate opportunities for our clients, aligning with their financial and investment goals. You will be a key point of contact, guiding clients through the entire property transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential real estate investment opportunities for clients, considering market trends and client financial profiles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and investment objectives.
- Conduct property research, market analysis, and due diligence to provide informed recommendations.
- Facilitate property viewings, negotiations, and transaction closures.
- Liaise with legal, financial, and other relevant professionals to ensure smooth property transactions.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices in India.
