Real Estate Consultant / Agent (Thane)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Consultant / Agent with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of the real estate market, with a focus on corporate real estate needs within the BPM industry. You will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, identifying suitable properties, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential commercial properties for lease or purchase that meet the company's requirements in Thane and surrounding areas.
• Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights on property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other real estate-related documents.
• Manage relationships with property owners, real estate brokers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
• Prepare reports and presentations on real estate activities, market conditions, and financial implications.
• Assist in property management, including site visits, inspections, and coordination of repairs or renovations.
