Reception Guard

Role Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Reception Guard with 4-6 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to manage our front desk operations in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment while maintaining efficient administrative processes. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Announce visitors to the appropriate personnel and maintain a visitor log.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the relevant departments or individuals.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide basic administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Monitor security access and ensure compliance with company security policies.
- Handle inquiries from visitors and provide general information about the company.
- Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Escalate any security concerns or unusual activities to the appropriate management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
