Receptionist - Electronics Manufacturing (2-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team at our Bhubaneshwar facility. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires attention to detail, administrative efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly, directing them to their intended destination.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel, taking messages accurately when needed.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

Provide basic administrative support to the office staff, including data entry and document management.

Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, providing information about the company and its services.

Ensure security procedures are followed by visitors and staff.

Assist with general office upkeep and supplies management.
