We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 2nd Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Power Team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build their career in the power generation sector without requiring post-graduate qualifications. The 2nd Engineer will be instrumental in supporting the efficient and safe operation of our power plant facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of power plant equipment, including turbines, boilers, generators, and auxiliary systems.
- Monitor plant performance parameters and identify any deviations or potential issues.
- Perform routine checks, inspections, and minor repairs under the supervision of senior engineers.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of operational activities, equipment status, and maintenance performed.
- Support the engineering team in troubleshooting and resolving operational problems.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
