Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 5th Engineer / Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) with 1-2 years of experience, holding a B.Com degree, to join our dynamic Recruitment/Staffing team in Nasik. This role is crucial for understanding technical requirements and effectively communicating them to potential candidates within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. You will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and managing the pipeline for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates for technical and engineering positions using various recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Develop a strong understanding of technical job requirements and translate them into effective search strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles and interview feedback.
- Contribute to market intelligence gathering on talent availability and compensation trends in the engineering sector.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
