Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic Accounting and Auditing team in Surat. This role is ideal for a recent MCA graduate looking to build a career in financial operations within a leading multinational professional services firm. You will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding and authorization.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs (e.g., checks, electronic transfers).

Maintain accurate vendor master files and ensure compliance with company policies.

Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for daily operations.
