Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments, contributing to the smooth financial operations of our IT Services & Consulting division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and be adept at utilizing financial software, with an M.Tech degree being a key differentiator for analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify the accuracy of invoice details against purchase orders and receiving reports.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors through various methods (cheques, electronic transfers).
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely approval of invoices.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function.
