Recruiting for Accounts Payable Manager - Telecom / ISP Team

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team in Indore. This role is crucial for managing the company's accounts payable functions and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of all vendor invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and a background in managing payables, preferably within the telecom or a related industry. A background in M.Pharma is also a requirement for this position, indicating a unique blend of pharmaceutical knowledge and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master data.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice-related issues.

Prepare accounts payable aging reports and other relevant financial reports.

Support internal and external audits.
