Recruiting for Accounts Receivable Manager - Chemicals Team

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our dynamic finance team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for managing our company's receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records within our Chemicals division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AR processes and a proven ability to optimize cash flow. This position is suitable for individuals with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Sc degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department, including invoicing, payment processing, and credit memo issuance.

Develop and implement strategies to reduce outstanding accounts receivable and improve cash flow.

Manage customer credit limits and ensure compliance with company credit policies.

Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to the general ledger.

Prepare and present regular reports on AR aging, collection status, and key performance indicators to management.

Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and collection issues.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all AR-related documentation.

Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and regulations.
