Recruiting for Airport Duty Manager - HDFC ERGO Insurance Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Airport Duty Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team at HDFC ERGO. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing airport-related operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, especially concerning our corporate clients and their travel-related insurance needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a good understanding of operational logistics, and a proactive approach to managing unforeseen situations. A Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree is required for this position, providing a strong foundation in technology and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily airport operations related to HDFC ERGO's corporate clients, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.

Monitor flight schedules and passenger movements, proactively identifying potential disruptions or delays affecting clients.

Liaise with airline staff, ground handling agencies, and other airport stakeholders to resolve operational issues swiftly.

Assist in the management of travel insurance claims processing related to flight disruptions or cancellations.

Utilize technology and data analysis (leveraging MCA background) to identify trends and propose operational improvements.

Prepare reports on operational performance, incident analysis, and key metrics for management.

Respond to client inquiries and provide support during travel disruptions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation and insurance regulations.
