Recruiting for Airport Operations Manager - Import & Export Team

We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded Airport Operations Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Import & Export team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and compliant flow of goods through airport operations, directly contributing to our clients' supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aviation regulations and logistics, coupled with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities. Your LLB degree will be instrumental in navigating the legal and regulatory aspects of international trade and aviation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day airport operations for import and export cargo, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, customs laws, and international trade agreements, leveraging your LLB.

Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, customs officials, and freight forwarders to facilitate seamless cargo movement.

Manage and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and client queries with efficiency and a problem-solving approach.

Monitor cargo handling, warehousing, and transportation processes to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all airport operations and shipments.

Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.
