Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Operations Manager Trainee. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of airport logistics and operations within a leading petrochemical company. You will support the day-to-day management of airport-related activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for cargo and personnel movement. This role requires a proactive approach and a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily airport operations, including flight schedules, ground handling, and cargo management.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices at the airport facility.
Support the efficient movement of personnel, equipment, and materials to and from the refinery site via air.
Liaise with airline representatives, ground staff, security personnel, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Maintain accurate records of flight activities, operational logs, and inventory.
Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning to develop expertise in airport operations.
Assist in emergency response planning and execution when required.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of airport operations.
