Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst with 3-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our dynamic Engineering & Construction team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and possess a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting within the infrastructure and construction sector. This role is crucial in supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and robust planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the Engineering & Construction division.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment appraisal.
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), variances, and trends.
Analyze project profitability, cost performance, and cash flow for various construction projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, operations, and accounting, to ensure accuracy and alignment of financial data.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across projects and the division.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives as required.
