Recruiting for Animation Director - Animation & VFX Team

We are seeking a talented and driven Animation Director with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for an individual with a unique blend of creative vision and analytical prowess, demonstrated through an LLM (Large Language Model) degree, to lead and inspire our animation projects. You will be instrumental in shaping the visual narrative and ensuring the high-quality execution of animated sequences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire animation process from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring alignment with the project's creative vision.
- Lead and mentor a team of animators, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Translate creative briefs and LLM-driven insights into actionable animation plans and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Directors, Art Directors, and other stakeholders to achieve desired artistic and narrative outcomes.
- Ensure that all animation adheres to the highest quality standards, technical specifications, and project deadlines.
- Develop and maintain animation style guides and best practices.
- Utilize your LLM background to explore innovative animation techniques and workflows, potentially leveraging AI in the creative process.
