Role Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Architecture & Interior Design professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a passion for creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing retail and corporate spaces within the fast-paced beauty and personal care industry. You will contribute to the design and execution of our store layouts, office spaces, and visual merchandising elements, ensuring they align with our brand identity and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of interior design concepts and space planning for retail stores, corporate offices, and pop-up events.

Create and present mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations using relevant design software.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and visual merchandising, to ensure design alignment.

Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, considering budget and brand aesthetics.

Support the project management process, including site visits, coordination with vendors, and tracking progress.

Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards.
