Recruiting for Asset Manager - Electronics Manufacturing Team

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle management of all company assets, ensuring optimal utilization, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a solid understanding of asset tracking and management principles, ideally with a background in Computer Applications (MCA).

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management policies and procedures.
- Track and manage the acquisition, deployment, and disposal of all company assets, including hardware, software, and other physical resources.
- Conduct regular physical audits to verify asset inventory and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor asset utilization and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Manage asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement, including warranty and maintenance tracking.
- Maintain detailed asset records in the asset management system.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to asset management.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless asset management operations.
- Generate regular reports on asset status, utilization, and financial implications.
