Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Asset Operations professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team at our Mangalore facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational efficiency and maintenance of various assets within our pulp and paper manufacturing plant. This role requires a strong understanding of operational processes, asset lifecycle management, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of key operational assets, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair activities for plant machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in all asset operations.
- Maintain accurate records of asset performance, maintenance history, and operational costs.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of asset upgrades and modifications.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance asset longevity and reliability.
- Prepare regular reports on asset status, operational efficiency, and maintenance activities for management review.
- Support inventory management for spare parts and consumables related to asset maintenance.
