We are seeking a motivated Aviation Engineering professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Telecom/ISP team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for supporting our infrastructure operations and ensuring the efficient deployment and maintenance of our network assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and a keen eye for detail, with a degree not necessarily requiring post-graduation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of aviation-related aspects for telecom infrastructure projects.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments for potential tower installations and other aerial structures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Support the maintenance and inspection of aviation-related equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies related to aviation safety.
