Recruiting for Banquet Manager - Internet Team

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Banquet Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our banquet operations. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of event planning, client relations, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will leverage their 3-4 years of experience and M.Sc. education to ensure seamless execution of high-profile events, contributing to the overall success of our corporate hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive banquet event plans, ensuring all client requirements are met and exceeded.

Manage event timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.

Coordinate with clients from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Supervise and train banquet staff, ensuring adherence to service standards, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations.

Oversee food and beverage service, collaborating with culinary teams to ensure quality and presentation.

Manage inventory of banquet supplies, equipment, and linens, and ensure timely replenishment.

Conduct pre-event briefings with staff and post-event debriefings with clients and internal teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Maintain and update event records, reports, and client databases.
