Recruiting for Barista - Power Team (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Barista to join our corporate operations team at our Gurgaon facility. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive and productive environment for our employees within the power sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, as evidenced by an M.Com degree, and 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages to employees and guests with precision and care.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and surrounding areas, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other related equipment, troubleshooting minor issues as they arise.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to the pantry or cafeteria services, leveraging your M.Com background for record-keeping and simple financial tracking.
- Contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere by providing excellent customer service and a welcoming presence.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure smooth operation of refreshment services.
