Recruiting for Bengali Teacher (3-5 Yrs) - BPM Team

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bengali Teacher to join our expanding Business Process Management (BPM) team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in Bengali language and literature, coupled with a unique background in Law, offering a distinct perspective on communication and analytical skills. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive Bengali language training programs to our employees, ensuring they achieve fluency and proficiency for our diverse client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging Bengali language training modules for employees with varying proficiency levels.

Design curriculum and learning materials, incorporating best practices in language pedagogy.

Assess employee progress through regular evaluations, feedback, and performance monitoring.

Utilize your LLB background to enhance training on legal terminology, compliance, and contract understanding in Bengali, where applicable.

Provide one-on-one coaching and support to individuals requiring specialized language assistance.

Stay updated with current trends in language teaching and the BPM industry to ensure training relevance.

Collaborate with HR and operational teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
