We are seeking a motivated individual with a legal background to join our Bidding / Auction / Proposal team. This role is crucial for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the competitive agrochemical market. You will be responsible for analyzing tender documents, preparing compelling proposals, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent LLB graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze tender documents, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and other bidding opportunities in the fertilizers, pesticides, and agrochemicals sector.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed and persuasive bid proposals, ensuring all technical, commercial, and legal aspects are addressed.
- Conduct legal research to understand regulatory compliance, contract terms, and potential risks associated with bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance) to gather necessary information and inputs for proposals.
- Ensure timely submission of all bids and proposals before deadlines.
- Maintain a database of bids, proposals, and related documentation.
- Support the legal and procurement teams in negotiations and contract finalization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities relevant to bidding processes.
