Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual / Multilingual Support Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Recruitment and Staffing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and demonstrate exceptional communication skills in multiple languages, both written and verbal. This role will involve providing high-quality support to our diverse client base, handling voice and blended customer interactions, and contributing to the efficiency of our staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients and candidates through voice calls and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Effectively communicate in multiple languages (specify languages if known, e.g., English, Hindi, and one other regional language) to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries, addressing queries related to job applications, onboarding processes, and general HR support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and candidate profiles, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Assist in resolving complex customer issues and escalations, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to team goals and objectives by meeting performance metrics and quality standards.
