Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls, emails, and chat in multiple languages, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
- Assist customers with understanding our water treatment and waste management solutions and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and product knowledge.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and services.
