We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Blockchain Quality Assurance Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our innovative team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our blockchain-based solutions, particularly as they apply to water treatment and waste management processes. This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles, blockchain technology, and a B.Sc degree in a relevant field. You will be instrumental in developing and executing test strategies to deliver robust and reliable systems that contribute to our mission of sustainable resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for blockchain applications and smart contracts.

Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of blockchain-based systems.

Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Validate the security and immutability aspects of blockchain solutions.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA and blockchain development.
