We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Brew Master with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for optimizing our service delivery and operational efficiency within the fast-paced Telecom and ISP sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their business acumen and analytical skills to drive improvements and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for service enhancement and new product development within the telecom/ISP domain.
- Develop and manage business plans, operational strategies, and project roadmaps to support company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Network Operations, Sales, Marketing) to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on operational performance and business impact.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the creation of business cases, financial models, and presentations for strategic decisions.
