We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Head with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Real Estate team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate looking to make a significant impact in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, and contributing to the strategic direction of our real estate ventures in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the real estate division in Thiruvananthapuram.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships within the local real estate market.
Manage day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, project coordination, and customer relationship management.
Analyze market data and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, project management) to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare business reports and presentations for senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
