Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong research background to join our Business Process Quality team. This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement within our Oil & Gas operations in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate/PhD and 2-4 years of relevant experience, bringing a rigorous academic approach to practical business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes within the Oil & Gas domain to identify areas for improvement in terms of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and methodologies tailored to the specific needs of the energy sector.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and quality issues, proposing data-driven solutions.
- Design and execute research projects to explore innovative approaches for process optimization and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality management principles into daily operations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on process performance, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives for senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in business process quality and the Oil & Gas sector.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
