Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, offering assistance and directing them accordingly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of reception areas, meeting rooms, and other common spaces.
- Assist with serving refreshments to clients and staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Ensure all guest requests are met efficiently and courteously.
- Uphold the company's standards of professionalism and service excellence.
- Assist in event setup and breakdown as needed.
