Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Butler with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Com degree to support our corporate operations in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of various administrative and personal assistance tasks, contributing to the efficiency of our executive team within the Iron & Steel sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail, with discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required, leveraging B.Com knowledge for financial data compilation.
- Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and oversee procurement processes.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other departments or external stakeholders.
- Ensure the upkeep and organization of office spaces and executive areas.
- Provide personal assistance to senior management as needed.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Support with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks using B.Com principles.
