Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Camera Operator with 1-2 years of experience and an M.A. degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating cameras and related equipment to capture high-quality video footage for various projects within the government and public administration sector. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of camera operations, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. You will contribute to documenting important initiatives, events, and public awareness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate professional video cameras and associated equipment (tripods, lighting, microphones) to record high-quality footage.
- Set up and adjust camera angles, focus, and framing to achieve desired visual aesthetics.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and project managers to understand shooting requirements and objectives.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained, functional, and properly stored.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of filming locations.
- Capture stable and well-composed shots during live events and planned shoots.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with camera and audio equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to project deadlines and production schedules.
