Recruiting for Captain / Commander - Water Treatment / Waste Management Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Captain / Commander with 1-2 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our Water Treatment / Waste Management team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for overseeing operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the efficient management of our water and wastewater treatment facilities. You will work closely with senior management and operational teams to implement best practices and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management and supervision of water and wastewater treatment plant operations.

Ensure adherence to all operational procedures, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Support in the interpretation and application of legal and regulatory frameworks related to water management and environmental compliance.

Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.

Prepare reports on operational performance, compliance status, and incident investigations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and environmental specialists.

Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Maintain records and documentation related to plant operations and legal compliance.
