Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Card Operations Executive / Lead with a B.Des degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our card-related operations within the medical devices and equipment sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of card issuance, processing, and support functions, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations related to credit and debit card processing for company-issued cards.

Support the design and implementation of new card features and benefits, leveraging design thinking principles.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues and ensure timely transaction processing.

Help in monitoring card performance metrics and generating reports for management.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of card operational processes and customer service.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Provide support for cardholder inquiries and issue resolution.
