Recruiting for Category Executive - Animation & VFX Team

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Category Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing Animation & VFX team in Noida. The ideal candidate will support the procurement and management of services and resources within the production pipeline, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes and a keen eye for detail, suitable for individuals with a BBA/BBM background.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of category strategies for goods and services related to animation and VFX production.

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms.

Manage supplier relationships, ensuring adherence to contracts, service level agreements, and quality standards.

Monitor expenditure against budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare regular reports on category performance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (production teams, finance, legal) to understand their needs and provide procurement support.

Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
