Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily catering operations, including food preparation, service, and delivery on trains and at stations.
Manage inventory of food supplies, ingredients, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
Supervise and train catering staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards.
Assist in menu planning and development, considering operational feasibility and customer preferences.
Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
