We are seeking a diligent and observant CCTV Operator to join our security team at our Thiruvananthapuram location. This role is crucial for maintaining the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to monitoring surveillance systems. You will be responsible for operating CCTV equipment, identifying suspicious activities, and reporting incidents promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV feeds from various cameras across the premises in real-time.

Identify and report any suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches.

Operate and maintain CCTV equipment, ensuring all cameras are functioning correctly.

Maintain accurate logs of surveillance activities, incidents, and actions taken.

Respond to security alerts and alarms promptly and effectively.

Cooperate with security personnel and management to ensure a safe environment.

Perform basic troubleshooting of CCTV system issues.
