Recruiting for Change Manager - BPM Team

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Change Manager to join our BPM team in Nagpur. This role is crucial in driving successful change initiatives across our organization, ensuring seamless transitions and adoption of new processes and systems. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic objectives by effectively managing the people side of change. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, coupled with a technical background from their M.Tech degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the impact of organizational changes on processes, systems, and people.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
- Design and deliver engaging communication plans to stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Identify and manage potential risks and resistance to change, developing mitigation strategies.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of change management activities.
- Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and operational staff to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Support the continuous improvement of change management methodologies and best practices.
