Recruiting for Channel Management - Telecom / ISP Team (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and creative Channel Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a B.Des degree and a passion for developing and managing strategic channel partnerships within the competitive Indian telecom and ISP landscape. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and ensuring the successful adoption of our services through effective channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute channel strategies to drive sales and market penetration for Jio's telecom and ISP products and services.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (e.g., distributors, resellers, agencies) aligned with business objectives.

Manage relationships with existing channel partners, providing them with necessary support, training, and resources.

Design and implement channel marketing programs and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and product sales.

Analyze channel performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales and partner engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure seamless channel operations and customer experience.

Leverage design thinking principles from your B.Des background to create engaging channel materials and user journeys.

Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to adapt channel strategies accordingly.
