Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chief ETO with 2-3 years of experience to join our Manufacturing & Production team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and a strong understanding of electrical testing and operations within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all electrical testing operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures for new and existing electrical systems and equipment.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot electrical issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintain detailed records of all testing activities, equipment calibration, and maintenance.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on electrical testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all electrical testing equipment.
