Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Sports / Leisure & Recreation team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will possess a B.A degree and a keen understanding of claims processing within the sports event management or a related industry. You will be responsible for managing and processing claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, investigate, and process insurance claims related to sporting events and participant activities.
- Communicate with claimants, policyholders, and third parties to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Assess claim validity and determine coverage based on policy terms and conditions.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and their representatives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims.
- Ensure timely resolution of claims to minimize financial exposure.
- Collaborate with legal and underwriting departments on complex claims.
- Stay updated on relevant insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
